The Director of Programs, Ugwumba Center for Leadership Development in Africa, Rtn. Blessing Chinyere Kala-kala, led a delegation of Ugwumba women Lagos chapter to the Commonwealth Business Women Africa – Nigeria Chapter in celebration of International Women’s Day 2026.
The event, which took place yesterday in Lagos, Nigeria, also featured the official launch of the Women in Industrialization & Innovative Initiative (Wi³). The gathering brought together women leaders, entrepreneurs, and stakeholders committed to advancing women’s economic empowerment, industrial participation, and innovation across Africa.
