The Center has three Directorates that are responsible for developing and implementing life changing programs in line with our overall objectives of meeting the urgent needs of the African society as listed below…


Leadership Development

We are desirous of building a new generation of young leaders in Africa through our programs, such as the Ugwumba Leadership Academy, Rebrand Nigeria Campaign and The Leadership Show.

Enterprise Development

Our programs such as the Ugwumba Enterprise Challenge, Fund Her Project, Skill Up Programs, etc are designed to create jobs and support the economic development policies of the Government.

Community Development

Our investments and interventions in rural infrastructure, quality education, pro-health initiatives and poverty research are contributing towards a better society across the African continent.


This is our idea pitching and grant competition for young people between 18 and 30 years who have business ideas and innovations that we can transform into scalable business ventures and social enterprises. It is our own contribution to the job creation and economic development policies of the Government for youths across the continent.

The current image of Nigerians abroad is a serious concern to us. That was why we launched this campaign to be able to change this negative global perception about our people. Through this project, we are also committed in changing the mindsets of Nigerian youths through inculcating our national values in them so that they can fall in love with their fatherland and begin to “Think Nigeria, First!”

The Leadership Show is an online platform that features leadership experts from across the world every Wednesday by 12 noon WAT. Through the Show, we address issues that impede the development of Nigeria and the African continent by changing mindsets and negative orientations of our audience.
