In preparation for the grand finale of the 2022 Ugwumba Enterprise Challenge, scheduled for December 13, 2022 at the Nicon Luxury Hotel, Abuja, we are glad to officially announce our keynote speaker for the event.
As an important aspect of the annual event, it has become our culture to invite prominent members of the Nigerian society, who are well grounded in the issues of leadership and entrepreneurship to deliver the keynote speech, every year.
So, ladies and gentlemen, it is our pleasure, therefore to announce that the renowned Historian and Leadership expert, Prof. Philip Afaha shall be our keynote speaker this year!
Prof. Philip Afaha is the Director of the University of Abuja Leadership Center, which is the TETFUND Center of Excellence for Public Governance and Leadership Development. He is also the Head of Department of History and Diplomatic Studies at the University of Abuja, FCT.
Before joining the University, Prof Afaha had worked at the National Democratic Institute for International Affairs (NDI) as a Legislative Intern and at the National Assembly of Nigeria as a Legislative Aide .
At the grand finale on December 13, 2022, he shall be speaking on the theme “The Role of Leadership in Business Development” and we invite all young leaders, entrepreneurs and business owners across the country to seize this rare opportunity to learn from this icon.
