Ugwumba Women Academy gets new National Coordinator

The Management of the Ugwumba Center for Leadership Development in Africa hereby announces the appointment of Mrs. Jennifer Kangrot Turay as the new National Coordinator for the Ugwumba Women Academy.

Jennifer Turay holds a degree in Sociology, an MSc in Political Economy and Development Studies and a certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington.

She is the Gender Focal Person at the Plateau State Small and Medium Development Agency, where she also serves as the Social Gender Manager for the World Bank NG Cares Program.

Madam Jennifer is a well experienced Resource Person and Social Change Facilitator, who is passionate about the well being and development of the vulnerable group.

She was the State Coordinator of the Ugwumba Women Academy and the State Representative of the Women Connect (50 Million African Women Speak Platform). She is also one of the mentors at the Richard George Foundation.
