The Management of the Sir Ahmadu Bello Memorial Foundation has commended the Ugwumba Center for Leadership Development in Africa for empowering Nigerian youths and for building peace across the country.
The Foundation represented by its Director of Programs and Research, Hajiya Amina Abdulrahman said this at the 2020 Ugwumba Enterprise Challenge held in Abuja, recently.
According to her, “we commend the work of the Leadership Center, especially the Enterprise Challenge which is helping to create jobs for unemployed youths in Nigeria. This is the second year we are participating in this program, as one of their partners and we appreciate the impacts they are making in the country. We promise to continue to partner with them by mobilizing youths from the northern region to participate in this wonderful project. We appreciate their President, Mr. Uche Nwosu, their Board Chairman, HRM Othman Usman (Emir of Dass) and their Executive Director, Remy Chukwunyere for the good job they are doing. They have really proved to us that they are non-religious, non-tribal and non-political in what they are doing.”
