Protecting Your Intellectual Property Rights with Emeeyene Henry

Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon and many thanks for keeping a date with us.

Today, we are pleased to announce another special guest appearance at the ongoing UEC 2020 Boot Camp on Saturday, November 07, 2020 by 3.00pm in preparation for the grand finale of the 2020 #UgwumbaEnterpriseChallenge.

This time, we are featuring Mrs. Henry Emeeyene, an expert in intellectual property rights law and in fact, a Senior Assistant Registrar of the Nigerian Intellectual Property Office under the Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investments, Abuja to speak to the #UgwumbaFellows on how to protect their products and services.

Our guest, Emeeyene Henry holds an L.LB from the University of Calabar, a B.L from the Nigerian law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2012. She is currently undergoing an LLM program in Information and Communication Technology Law. She holds various Certificates in Trademarks, Patents and Industrial Designs from the World Intellectual property Organization (WIPO).

We discovered her passion about intellectual property rights awareness and protection in Nigeria and decided to involve her in this journey of raising a new generation of leaders and business Chief Executives for Africa, starting from Nigeria.

Her session with the participants in our Boot Camp is scheduled for 3pm on Saturday, November 07, 2020. Unfortunately, this important conversation on how to protect the rights of your products and services will not be open for your participation until after the #UECLocKDownEdition.

Meanwhile, remember to keep a date with us at Ugwumba Center for Leadership Development in Africa and to subscribe to our Youtube channel at so that you can vote for your choice business ideas during the preliminary pitching competition.

At #UgwumbaLeadershipCenter, the only business we have is to raise a new generation of young leaders and entrepreneurs for Africa!
