Heidi Bishop Maduhu to speaks at the Ugwumba Women’s Conference

Once again, ladies and gentlemen, we want to unveil Heidi Bishop Maduhu, another international speaker, who is going to speak at the Ugwumba International Women’s Conference, scheduled to hold from March 08 – 10, 2021.

Recently, Heidi and her team at Leadershiplaire UK awarded scholarships worth over £16,000 to enable 41 Nigerian youths participate in an ongoing Executive Leadership Master Classes with other participants from across the globe. So far, the impact has been amazing on the Nigerian beneficiaries.

She is a Certified Trainer, Communicator and Elite Coach with the 36,000+ global members of the John Maxwell Team. She is an excellence Architect, building lives through behavioral and mindset changes, utilizing Strengths, Leadership and Entrepreneurship.

Past and present, Heidi has held many leadership positions but her everyday operation revolves around her office as the CEO of LeadershipLaire UK, an organization of driven individuals who come home to a warm and engaging, yet very high powered and no nonsense Personal Growth and Development environment powered by heaps of Adversity Quotients (AQ).

Heidi has proved her uniqueness with an extraordinary lesson of her own true life experience, having grown up on “the wrong side of the tracks in San Antonio, Texas”. Her story is that of a transformative “American Dream”, which educates, motivates and inspires crowds to action the world over.

She developed her interest, compassion and enduring commitment for the development of young leaders after a real life childhood experience of losing a dear friend and classmate to a drive-by gang shooting. That experience taught her that growing young people and changing their mindsets through individual strengths, value-based leadership, and gritty entrepreneurship unlocks transformational freedom for the masses.

She obtained her dual Bachelor’s Degree in English and Political Science from Abilene Christian University in her native Texas and had her Masters from the Hult International Business School, London.

Heidi is a dual national, a very proud American-Brit, and committed to local UK politics as a Parish Councillor for Much Hadham, widely regarded as the most well kept village in Hertfordshire, England.

Ladies and gentlemen, we want to announce that it is a great privilege to have Heidi join us at this conference and she would be speaking on “The Secret of Adversity Quotient.”
