Ladies and gentlemen, we are glad to announce that our International Advisor and John Maxwell Certified Coach, Heidi Bishop Maduhu is speaking again at the 2nd Ugwumba Women Conference scheduled for Tuesday, May 18, 2021.
During the first Ugwumba International Women’s Conference which coincided with the 2021 International Women’s Day, Heidi Maduhu delivered an awesome presentation on “The Secret of Adversity Quotient”. This time, she is coming to spark up a conversation on the theme, “Women as Important Change Agents.”
Heidi is a Certified Trainer, Communicator and Elite Coach with the 36,000+ global members of the John Maxwell Team. She is an excellence Architect, building lives through behavioral and mindset changes, utilizing Strengths, Leadership and Entrepreneurship.
Past and present, Heidi has held many leadership positions but her everyday operation revolves around her office as the CEO of Leadershiplaire UK, an organization of driven individuals who come home to a warm and engaging, yet very high powered and no nonsense Personal Growth and Development environment powered by heaps of Adversity Quotients (AQ).
Heidi has proved her uniqueness with an extraordinary lesson of her own true life experience, having grown up on “the wrong side of the tracks in San Antonio, Texas”. Her story is that of a transformative “American Dream”, which educates, motivates and inspires crowds to action the world over.
She obtained her dual Bachelor’s Degree in English and Political Science from Abilene Christian University in her native Texas. She had her Masters from the Hult International Business School, London.
She is a dual national, a very proud American-Brit, and committed to local UK politics as a Parish Councilor for Much Hadham, widely regarded as the most well kept village in Hertfordshire, England.
