It was an amazing opportunity for us on #TheLeadershipShow this afternoon as we had President Donald Ramotar, former President of Guyana Republic as our guest.
The takeaways from the conversation on the connecting link between Good Governance and Development were so many.
It is remarkable to learn that President Ramotar invited members of the opposition party to discuss his administration’s major development projects while he was in office as President and according to him, that was necessary if you want to succeed in any public office.
Such practice is unheard of in most third world countries like Nigeria… This is a big lesson for our leaders at the various levels of government in Nigeria.
