Today in Abuja, Her Excellency, Leena Pylvanainen, the Ambassador of Finland to Nigeria commended the Ugwumba Leadership Center for its work in promoting innovations, entrepreneurship and job creation in Nigeria.
The Finnish Ambassador said this when the leadership of the Center led by His Excellency, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu paid her a courtesy visit at the Embassy of Finland in Abuja this morning.
She announced that the mission of the Ugwumba Leadership Center aligns with the work of the embassy in Nigeria, in terms of support for #education, #vocational and #technical education, #entrepreneurship education, etc and said that Finnish businesses in ICT and innovation are contributing a lot to the Nigerian society.
Earlier in his speech, His Excellency, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu said that the Center embarked on the visit to familiarize ourselves with the Ambassador and to explore future collaboration opportunities with the embassy to further advance the impacts we are making in Nigeria with our leadership and entrepreneurship development programs.
Addressing the Ambassador earlier, our Executive Director, Mr. Remy Chukwunyere, said the Ugwumba Leadership Center implements programs that promote innovations, entrepreneurship and climate actions by supporting Nigerian youths who are growing startups in #Edutech, renewable energy, #health tech, #fintech, #agriculture, #green and circular economy.
