The President of the Ugwumba Center for Leadership Development in Africa, Mr. Uche Nwosu has been scheduled to speak at the 2021 Black Philanthropy Month (BPM) Africa Summit alongside global leaders like Darren Walker, President, Ford Foundation; Bakari Sellers, CNN Political Analyst and Former Member of South Carolina House of Representatives; Hon. Leymah Gbowee, Nobel Peace Laureate; among others.
In a released signed by Ms. Thelma Ekiyor, the BPM Africa Chair and Managing Partner of SMEng, Ugwumba Uche Nwosu will be sharing his ideas on the state of funding to organizations and enterprises founded by blacks; and how to promote equity funding towards rebuilding communities and economies affected by Covid-19 pandemic, social injustice, discrimination, etc.
